Privacy Policy

Effective date: «Not configured: effective_date»

Site: Vexdyn site (vexdyn.com)

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how «Not configured: company_name» (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit Vexdyn site (“this site”) or submit information through it.

This site is hosted and published on the Vexdyn platform. For form submissions and visitor interactions on this site, «Not configured: company_name» is the data controller (or the role agreed with you). The platform operator provides technical hosting only under its agreement with your organization.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you use forms on this site, we may collect the fields you choose to submit, such as:

  • Lead form: name, phone number, email address, instant messaging handle, message content, and your consent confirmation.
  • Order intent form: product details, options, quantity, shipping or contact information, estimated amount, and consent confirmation. This site does not process online payments; we only record purchase intent.

2.2 Information collected automatically (analytics and abuse prevention)

To measure performance, improve pages, and prevent abuse, we may process:

  • Page and interaction events: e.g. page views, button clicks, and contact-channel views or clicks (recorded via server-side redirects, without requiring extra tracking scripts on your device).
  • Campaign parameters: UTM parameters in the URL and common ad click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid), stored with leads or order intents for attribution.
  • Technical and network data: browser type (User-Agent), approximate location (typically country/region level), referring page, access time, and request path.
  • Raw IP address, User-Agent, and referring page: we store the raw IP address, User-Agent, and referring page for statistics and abuse prevention.
  • Visitor identification (no analytics cookies): to estimate unique visitors, we compute a one-way hash from IP address, User-Agent, site identifier, and a daily rotating salt. We do not set cookies on your device for this analytics approach in the current release. Third-party ad or analytics pixels are not loaded on this site in the initial release.

2.3 Security verification

When you submit a form, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may process device and network signals to distinguish automated traffic. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information (as updated by Cloudflare).

2.4 What we do not collect

  • No payment card or payment account data — online checkout is not offered.
  • No cross-site ad tracking cookies on this employee site. Administrative session cookies apply only on the admin hostname and are not set when you browse this site.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to inquiries and follow up on leads or order intents;
  • operate, secure, and improve this site and the hosting platform;
  • produce aggregated visit statistics (e.g. page views, estimated unique visitors, channel click counts);
  • comply with law, handle abuse reports (contact https://t.me/VossCS), and enforce acceptable use.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regimes)

Depending on your location and context, we may rely on:

  • Consent: when you check the consent box and submit a form;
  • Legitimate interests: site security, abuse prevention, and aggregated analytics, balanced against your rights;
  • Steps prior to a contract: handling pre-sales communication or order intent you request.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. Sharing and processors

We may disclose data to the following categories, only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Infrastructure and security providers: e.g. Cloudflare (CDN, protection, Turnstile), which processes traffic metadata under its terms and data processing agreements;
  • Hosting and operations: authorized personnel who maintain the servers, bound by confidentiality and access controls;
  • Legal requirements: regulators or authorities when required by law or to protect rights.

We require processors to implement appropriate security and not use data for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

7. Retention

Unless a longer period is required by law, we generally retain data as follows (default 30 days, configurable by the site operator in platform settings):

Data type Retention
Leads and order intents Deleted 30 days after creation or the latest status change; records in exempt statuses (e.g. “following up,” “won”) may be kept longer until status changes or an operator-configured cap applies
Access and event logs Default 30 days for statistics and security
Raw IP address and User-Agent Automatically cleared after 90 days
Consent records Kept with the related lead or intent, or as required by law

If automatic deletion is not yet enabled, data will still be handled under these rules once enabled; you may request deletion at any time under Section 9.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting, bot challenges, and edge protection, to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability where technically feasible;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights or request deletion: email «Not configured: contact_email» with enough detail to identify your submission (e.g. name and contact details used). We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

To report abuse or infringing content on this site, contact https://t.me/VossCS.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children below the age of consent in your jurisdiction. If you believe we collected a child’s data in error, contact «Not configured: contact_email» so we can delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted on this site with an updated effective date at the top. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the site.
